The problem
Editing a short video by hand takes hours for every clip.
What I built
- It transcribes the clip, then a two-pass AI director plans the cuts, B-roll and graphics.
- It renders the finished video from templates, sized to the length of the clip.
What changed
- A raw clip goes in and a finished short-form video comes out, in one pass.
